Registration now open for LSAT prep classes at UNCA, course starts Aug. 28

Press release

From UNCA News Services:

Registration is now open for the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT) prep classes offered beginning in August by the Asheville Graduate Center. Classes will meet on the UNC Asheville campus.

The LSAT prep course will meet on Wednesday evenings from 6-8:30 p.m. for six consecutive weeks, beginning August 28. Students will learn test-taking strategies and work with test-simulation exercises on analytical reasoning, logical reasoning, reading comprehension and writing samples.

The LSAT is required for admission to all Law School Admission Council member law schools. Remaining national 2013 test dates for the LSAT are October 5 and December 7.

Cost for the course is $450, which includes textbooks, practice tests and a CD. Registration by August 20 will avoid the $15 late registration fee. For more information or to register, visit agc.unca.edu/lsat or call 828.250.2353.
