Singer/guitarist Daryl Hance releases new album at Lookout Brewery, Aug. 7

From a press release:

Singer/guitarist Daryl Hance releases new album at Lookout Brewery, Aug. 7

Daryl Hance will be bringing his brand of funky, bluesy, rock and roll music to Black Mountain on August 7th 2014 with a performance at Lookout Brewery. Hance will be performing songs from his brand new album Land Of Trembling Earth, due out Aug. 5 on Pine Tar Recordings.

On Land Of Trembling Earth, the follow up to his 2011 debut recording Hallowed Ground, Jacksonville, Florida singer/guitarist Daryl Hance has upgraded his delivery to new and improved stout and shout, let it all hang out sing-alongs laid out to a backdrop of his ever hard-hitting funky, bluesy, rock and roll music. The result is a batch of songs that are as infectious and grooving as they are belted out with a renewed confidence more akin with his sultry guitar skills. Musically, Land Of Trembling Earth picks up where the first album left off, but is more of a quantum leap in personal music evolution.

Hance performs at Lookout Brewery, 103 S. Ridgeway Ave., #1 in Black Mountain on Thursday, Aug. 7. Doors at 5 p.m., show at 6 p.m. Free.
