Asheville Police say 29-year-old Robert Mack Chapman of Waynesville (10/22/1992) has two open warrants for Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury. This stems from a violent assault that occurred earlier today on Livingston St.
Chapman is a white male with Brown hair and Blue eyes, stands 5′ 4” tall and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He has a Batman tattoo on his back and a tattoo of a skull on his left arm.
