Texas Roadhouse hosts fundraiser for nonprofit Bright Blessings of Asheville, homeless families

On March 22, Bright Blessings of Asheville, a nonprofit serving the homeless children and families of Western North Carolina, will be sponsored for one day only by the Texas Roadhouse in South Asheville.

Print this notice (or call the number below for a flyer), show it with your meal, and Texas Roadhouse will donate 10 percent of your purchase to the organization.

Bright Blessings of Asheville is a volunteer nonprofit service ministry organization that works to benefit homeless children and families residing in shelters. It is a national organization that has many chapters including several in North Carolina. Bright Blessings offers opportunities to celebrate, inspire, and encourage children and families through service projects including parties for special family events, providing baby items, and, in some cases, books for children to promote literacy.

On March 22 from 11 am-10 pm,  Bright Blessings will join Texas Roadhouse, 230 Hendersonville Rd., to sponsor a fundraiser. 10% of your food purchase will benefit Bright Blessings of Asheville. All you need to participate in this event is to bring a flyer or a copy of this notice. Flyers and more information can be obtained by calling 828-670-0051.

    OK, my wife is insisting that I ask this. Please don’t blame me! She woerdns why you don’t also serve BBQ chicken, along with the beef and pork. I’m not asking for chicken nuggets or wings, just pulled BBQ chicken (for her diet).
