Turner releases second campaign ad, ‘Protect’

Press release from the campaign of Brian Turner:

Asheville House District 116 candidate Brian Turner released his second campaign ad today, “Protect,” which criticizes his opponent Rep. Tim Moffitt’s antienvironmental voting record in the legislature.

In the ad, Turner call out Moffitt for his votes to fasttrack fracking and to prevent Duke Energy from having to clean up the Lake Julian coal ash ponds.

“Tim Moffitt has repeatedly sided with the oil and gas companies that have bankrolled his campaigns,” Turner said. “Buncombe County deserves a representative who will vote to protect our mountains and rivers.”

This is Turner’s second campaign ad.
