2. Public hearing to consider conditionally rezoning 66 Long Shoals Drive from Institutional District to Residential Expansion/Conditional Zone.C. 101 Charlotte Street1. Public hearing to consider a land use incentive grant to RCG LLC  at 101 Charlotte Street.
