Vaya Health Board of Directors releases 2021 meeting schedule

The Board of Directors of Vaya Health will conduct its Annual Board Retreat on Thursday, February 11th beginning at 4:00 pm and Friday, February 12th beginning at 9:00 am via electronic communication only (real-time two-way audio and/or visual communication, i.e. telephone and webex) in accordance with Executive Orders issued by N.C. Governor Roy Cooper in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2021 Vaya Health Board of Directors Meeting Schedule:

February 11-12

March 25

May 27 (Finance Committee and Full Board Meetings Only)

June 24 (Public Comment on Budget)

August 26

October 28

December 2

All Board Meetings are held via electronic communication only (real-time two-way audio and/or visual communication, i.e. telephone and webex) in accordance with Executive Orders issued by N.C. Governor Roy Cooper in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Regular Meeting Schedule:

  • 1:30 PM        Executive Committee
  • 2:30 PM        Regulatory Compliance & Quality Committee
  • 3:00 PM        Finance Committee
  • 4:30 PM        Board of Directors Meeting

*Please note, the Executive Committee, Regulatory Compliance & Quality Committee and Finance Committee will not meet at the Annual Retreat in February. Committee meetings will resume on March 25, 2021.
