Tanya Triber, co-owner of the Junction with her husband Charles, clued Xpress in to a couple of new additions to the RAD bar’s late-summer cocktail list.
The first is the Copa Verde shooter:
“It’s made with ripe avocado, fresh lime, El Jimador Blanco Tequila and a hint of agave syrup,” says Triber. “It’s chilled and served as a shot, rimmed with chili pepper and salt.”
The second is the Junction’s signature Bloody Mary:
“It’s savory, smoky and a little spicy — our version of the classic,” says Triber. This one’s made with Luksusowa Potato Vodka and local ingredients.
