½ gallon apple cider
1 cup apple brandy
kombucha (Buchi Sovereign is recommended)
Combine cider and brandy in a pitcher, decanter, cleaned leftover wine bottle, large Mason jar or punch bowl. Allow guests to self-serve, pouring into ice-filled glasses until about 2/3 full. Top with a splash of kombucha. Tip: Keep a little bit of the cider on the side for anyone choosing not to imbibe.
