Strawberry-and-kale smoothies

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

2 cups strawberries (if using frozen, thaw slightly)

1 banana

¼ cup orange juice

½ teaspoon ginger

1 tablespoon of honey (if desired)

1-2 handfuls of kale, washed and torn

Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Feel free to use whatever fruit you have on hand. Apples are really delicious in this as well. If you want to make popsicles, just pour some into molds and freeze. Makes about 4 cups.
