In his years with RBTS WIN he’s grown into the nuances of his voice and learned where to push, where to hold back. On his solo album, Worsham takes risks that feel not so much risky as realized.
According to Tyler Jackson, the album is not only conceptual in a lyrical sense, it explores his idea of “the other side” in a musical sense as well.
Drawing from the approach of classic hip-hop producers such as Pete Rock, Diamond D and Large Professor, Worsham’s beats resonated with Bristol’s attitude toward rapping.
