A proposed permitting process for the Occupy Asheville encampment (which the protesters have rejected), is the main issue on Asheville City Council's agenda tonight.
Council will also consider the 92-unit White Oak Grove Apartments project in South Asheville, a change to areas the city may annex in the future and new rules that allow pushcarts to stay open later and more easily maintain their permits.
Asheville City Council meets at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 24 in Council's chambers on the second floor of City Hall.
