Once upon a time, a North Carolina native and Piedmont Blues musician named Etta Baker gave pointers to the likes of Bob Dylan and Taj Mahal. And when it was time for her to really show what she could do, she’d play a hard-luck tune called “One Dime Blues.” Here, members of the New Orleans-based busking band The Hokum High Rollers put their spin on the song.
