Vintage clothing boutique Vintage Moon announced on its website that the shop will soon move to a new location: “Due to the sale and long term renovation of our building at 82B N Lexington Avenue, we will be closed at the end of January 2012.” The notice promises more details about a new address in the spring.

In the meantime, owner GiGi Fasano let Xpress know that the store is holding a moving sale now through Sunday, Feb. 5. Hunt for bargains of 40 to 50-percent off regular price.

The boutique features “everything from vintage dresses, hats, handbags, accessories, jewelry, trinkets, and tea cups, to a fine men’s parlor with zoot suits, bow ties, boleros, hats, belts, cumberbunds, shaving cups, traveling bars, pipes, cigarette holders, pocket watches, cuff links, old cameras, rare antiques, and so much more” along with “Custom clothing designs that are vintage bohemian gypsy meets romantic Victorian.” Fasano’s   apparel, Designs by Gigi Renee, will remain available through Etsy.
