RiverLink

Is learning more about RiverLink and the French Broad River watershed one of your New Year’s resolutions? Are you looking for an opportunity to see the improvements that have occurred and hear what is coming over the next several months and years to make our rivers a better place to work, live and play?

RiverLink is excited to announce that we will offer 11 RiverFront Bus Tours throughout 2014- a way to learn a bit of local history and visit Asheville’s streets and neighborhoods that you have never seen before.

The tour is free for RiverLink members but the tour cost for non-members is $20 per person. Reservations are required. A final confirmation (or cancellation if needed) will be sent the week of the tour. Please go to riverlink.org/bustour.asp to reserve your seat today.

The 2014 tour dates are as follows:
• February 20
• March 20
• April 17
• May 15
• June 19

The bus will meet participants at the Asheville Area Chamber of Commerce at 36 Montford Avenue at 11:45, leaves at noon, and return there at 2:00 p.m.
