Waynesville Parks and Rec to hold open house for home school parents

The Waynesville Parks and Recreation Department will offer an open house for home school parents for the new Base Camp Waynesville on January 2. This will take place at the Waynesville Recreation Center and is a drop in any time between 1 to 3 pm.

Come learn about the programs planned to take place in the near future. This will include hiking, kayaking, over night camping, and many more! Learn about the physical education adventure program that will take place on Thursdays. Many of these programs are free to Waynesville Recreation Center members.
