Rhubarb is celebrating one year in Asheville’s Pack Square by offering an exclusive dessert available throughout the month of November to commemorate the milestone. The dessert from pastry chef Ashley Capps is a cocoa brioche with milk chocolate rum ganache, caramelized banana ice cream and cocoa berry confetti and ribbons.
A portion of proceeds from the anniversary dessert will benefit a charity near and dear to Rhubarb’s heart, Rainbow in my Tummy, an organization devoted to cultivating a food culture surrounding young children that establishes a foundation for lifelong health.
