Season’s at Highland Lake will host its annual Halloween Brunch Buffet on Sunday, October 25, 2015.
The buffet includes Breakfast Selections, Soups and an extensive Salad, Cheese and Fruit display. Entrées will feature Carved Pork Loin with Blackberry Balsamic Jus, Chicken Pot Pie under Puff Pastry, Slow-Roasted Beef Bourguignon with Wild Mushrooms and an Herb and Sea Salt-Crusted Beef Strip Loin carved to order and served with Horseradish Cream Sauce and Au Jus.
