Asheville Humane Society currently has 351 cats in our care! Most are still in foster homes or getting the TLC they need before adoption, but our Adoption Center is currently full of wonderful cats looking for a second chance.
To help our felines (including barn cats!) find the loving homes they deserve, there are no adoption fees this Wednesday-Saturday, Sept. 18-21, for all adult cats! The Asheville Humane Society is open 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday; the shelter is open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Thursday.
Adoption fees are $35 for all other animals all month long in celebration of our 35-year anniversary!
Although the love of a pet is priceless, the waived adoption fee represents an exceptional value. All adoptions include spay/neuter, all up-to-date vaccines, microchip, initial flea and heartworm preventative, a free starter bag of food, and priceless love!
