Press release from Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office:
Detectives with the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office are attempting to locate James Russell Morrow, age 18, of Fairview. He is wanted on three counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile. Detectives attempted to locate Mr. Morrow at his known addresses yesterday, but were not able to locate him.
Any information regarding the whereabouts of the suspect, please notify the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office by calling (828) 250-6670 or submitting a tip via the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office app, which can be downloaded in the Apple or Google Play stores.
