SURVEY RESULTS ANNOUNCED ON A CONFERENCE CALL TO BE
RESCHEDULED EARLY NEXT WEEK!

Washington, D.C. – The U.S. Conference of Mayors has POSTPONED release of its Hunger and Homelessness Survey until early next week.

For more than a quarter century, The Conference of Mayors has reported on the shortage of emergency services – food, shelter, medical care, income and energy assistance — as well as the programs offered by many cities to help people in need, with the goal of bringing national attention to the causes of hunger and homelessness in cities across the country.

Please stay tuned for the announcement of the new date and for the EMBARGOED 2015 Hunger and Homelessness report.

The U.S. Conference of Mayors is the official nonpartisan organization of cities with populations of 30,000 or more. There are nearly 1,400 such cities in the country today, and each city is represented in the Conference by its chief elected official, the mayor.
