Apartment List finds rents in Asheville up 2.9 percent

Rents in Asheville, NC are up 2.9% over the last year.

After months of subdued growth, our national index saw a substantial increase of 1.0% over the past month.

States in the the West and South experienced the fastest growth, while rents in the Midwest and New England tended to remain flat
