Press release

Asheville Outlets is partnering with iHeart Media, 99.9 Kiss County and the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve this holiday season for the annual Toys for Tots Toy Drive Marathon. Morning show hosts Eddie Foxx and Sharon Green will be joined by representatives of the Marine Corps for a two-day live broadcast at Asheville Outlets beginning at 6 a.m. on December 11th and finishing at 9 p.m. on December 12th.

“We’re so happy to partner with Kiss Country and the Marines to help Toys for Tots,” said Sharon Morgan, General Manager, Asheville Outlets. “It’s been so heartwarming to see people’s generosity and their willingness to give back to those in need during the holiday season.”

Asheville Outlets began accepting donations for Toys for Tots on November 1st. The radio marathon is a push to collect as many toys and cash contributions before the campaign concludes on December 13th. Donations will be distributed throughout eight Western North Carolina counties. Last year WNC Toys for Tots helped over 9,000 area children.
