Asheville Police seek assistance in locating missing person

PRESS RELEASE:

The Asheville Police Department is requesting assistance from the public to locate missing person Dewayne Allen Walmsley. Dewayne left his home several weeks ago and has not been seen or heard from. He is believed to be operating a red 2000 Dodge Neon with Tennessee plates.

Dewayne is 42 year old white male, approximately 5’9”, 220 lbs. and had brown hair and hazel colored eyes.

Anyone with information on Dewayne Walmsley’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Asheville Police Department at (828) 252-1110 or Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office at (828) 255-5050.
