Press release from Asheville TEA party:

The public is invited to honor law enforcement at Asheville Tea Party’s We Read The Constitution event on Saturday, October 15th, 2016  between 1PM and 4PM at Lake Julian Park, 406 Overlook Road Extension, Pavilion #1, Asheville.

Henderson County Sheriff Charles McDonald will be our featured key note speaker.

The event is free and open to the public.  Food, music, games, prizes, crafts for children, authors, speakers, students, Patriot Camp, our Founders, grassroots groups including FreedomWorksSons of Liberty Riders, and candidate Hunter Murphy, NC Court of Appeals.  Also, the winner for the Guns For Judges raffle will be drawn.

Chair Jane Bilello reminds us “What a great opportunity to say ‘Thank You’ in person to law enforcement who put themselves on the line for us every day!  Our ‘Take a Policeman To Lunch’campaign is also going well and we intend to continue this throughout the year.  And yes.  We Read The Constitution.”
