Self-taught chef and author of “Pseudo Southern: A Playful Twist on the Art of Southern Cooking” visits specialty grocer for a Southeastern cookbook tour

Monday, November 9, 2015 — Shoppers are invited to join Chef Troy Gagliardo at The Fresh Market’s two Asheville locations November 21 for a meet and greet, and book signing of his latest cookbook, “Pseudo Southern – A Playful Twist on the Art of Southern Cooking.” Chef Troy will also cook and sample items straight from the cookbook deemed as a celebration of both traditional Southern cuisine and Gagliardo’s home-made family recipes that span generations.
