Community Foundation of Henderson County is now accepting applications for their Women in Need of Support (WINS) grants. Established in 1989, the Women in Need of Support (WINS) Endowment Fund is the product of seven women from Henderson County dedicated to helping women improve their lives. Details, guidelines, and application information is available on the Community Foundation website, www.CFHCforever.org.
Additionally, Senior Program Officer Lee Henderson-Hill can be reached at (828) 697-6224 or Lhenderson-hill@CFHCforever.org to answer questions or provide additional information about the WINS program. WINS grant applications are due to Community Foundation by Wednesday, Jan. 15, at 5 p.m.
