From the Buncombe County Board of Elections:
Election Day is Tuesday, November 5 for the 2013 Municipal Election. Precincts will be open from 6:30 a.m – 7:30 p.m.
You’ll receive a paper ballot & mark your selections with a pen. The election officials are very patient & will be happy to walk you through the process.
Remember, to vote on November 5 you must visit your designated polling place.
