Early bird registration for Chamber Challenge 5K ends May 10

Get ready for the Chamber Challenge
Friday, June 7, 2019 at 4 p.m.
at the Asheville Chamber in Montford
Register by May 10 for Early Bird rates
 

A fun team-based 5k for all fitness levels celebrating community and wellness

Join us for free trainings Mondays and Tuesdays.

The Chamber Challenge (presented by Pardee UNC Health Care) celebrates community and wellness with friendly competition between businesses. Gather your co-workers, family and friends to participate as a team. Whether you walk every step or sprint to the finish, we know you’re up to the challenge!

Free trainings hosted by YMCA of Western North Carolina
Open to everyone – share this info with your co-workers and encourage them to join a training. ALL fitness levels welcome, from first-time walkers to active runners who want to improve. 

Mondays, 5:30-6:30 p.m., April 22-May 29* in South Asheville: Meet at Fletcher Town Hall lower parking lot, 300 Old Cane Creek Rd., Fletcher, NC (*No training on Memorial Day; last session is Wednesday, May 29.)

Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30 p.m. April 23-May 28 in Downtown Asheville: Meet in Asheville Chamber parking lot at 36 Montford Ave.

Need incentives? How about prizes?

Participants who complete five out of six training sessions will be entered for prizes, including YMCA Jumpstart Package and free pair of running shoes from Foot Rx.
