More about the workshop:
This session is appropriate for professionals and the general public. Becca will walk attendees through identifying diet culture and diet mindset. She will explore the neurobiological effects of restrictive dieting and we will leave with an understanding of the psychological, emotional, and physical impact of dieting and how it often leads to damaging disordered eating patterns. Attendees will take away cognitive, experiential, and behavioral interventions they can use to reclaim a more balanced relationship with food and body image.
