Indeed, stress symptoms can affect your body, your thoughts and feelings and your behavior. Being able to recognize common stress symptoms can give you a jump on managing them. Stress that’s left unchecked can contribute to health problems such as high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and diabetes.
Relaxation is important in that it can positively impact the symptoms of the chronic stress and anxiety that is part of our modern lives. This may lead to improvement in many areas of health and wellness, such as tension, stiffness, pain, sleep, digestion and energy levels.
Magnetic Resonance Therapy (MRT) relaxation sessions are 60 minutes long. They do not require anesthesia or sedation, so patients can remain awake, but they may be so relaxed they end up napping during the session. Many people experience dramatic result in as little as 2 weeks.
Dr. Reilly, BA, MBA, CCSP, FIAMA, Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), practices a “complete care” approach to wellness, offering services and products that deliver a wide range of treatments for acute care to total wellness, including chiropractic, functional nutrition, decompression traction, cold laser, Class IV high-intensity laser, magnetic resonance therapy, acupuncture, massage and rehabilitation, neuropathy relief protocols and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).
