From a press release:
A collaborative management agreement between Four Seasons Compassion for Life and Pardee Hospital is expected to fuel the growth and development of home health services and programs at Pardee Home Health, maintaining its commitment to community excellence.
The two entities are pleased to announce that Bryan Brandon, PT, MBA, MHA, has been named Director of home health at Pardee Home Health.
Pardee Hospital and Four Seasons Compassion for Life entered into a management agreement earlier this year in an effort to tap into the leadership and best practices of Four Seasons’ nationally recognized programs, while building on the excellence in services delivered by Pardee Home Health. “This collaborative partnership is an exceptional way for Four Seasons to branch into the home health spectrum, with a mutual focus on the growth and development of home health for Pardee,” says Brandon.
This partnership is the second collaborative management agreement entered into by Four Seasons this year. In January, Four Seasons Vice President John Morris was contracted to manage the Mission Hospital palliative care program. In each instance, the mutual focus has remained on increased access to exceptional healthcare services for clients and families across western North Carolina’s diverse care settings.
“Our goal is to increase the number of persons we serve through home health services and programs, while ensuring an even more incredible patient experience,” says Denise Lucas, Vice-President Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Officer for Pardee Hospital, remarking on the high marks clients already give Pardee Home Health. Brandon is focused on increasing outreach efforts for Pardee Home Health, making sure more people know about the exceptional services offered. “When western North Carolina’s residents have a choice, we want them to know Pardee Home Health is the one to choose,” says Brandon.
Brandon holds a 1996 Bachelor of Applied Science in physical therapy from the University of Central Florida. He spent 11 years in entrepreneurial private practice as CEO of Brandon Rehabilitation, LLC, specializing in outpatient rehabilitation, in Winston-Salem. He holds dual 2014 Master’s degrees in Health Care Administration and Business Administration and Management from Pfeiffer University. Most recently, he received a Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University, in recognition of his mastery of management tools to grow and strengthen processes within health care systems.
