Press release from the City of Asheville (UPDATED 4:15 p.m.):
Several roads remain closed in Asheville due to heavy rains from Thursday and Friday. Gauges along the Swannanoa River indicate the water levels are receding and the water appears to have crested in Biltmore Village.

Flood levels on the Swannanoa and French Broad Rivers can be tracked at the FIMAN website.
