From a press release:
A handful of Asheville artists were selected to exhibit and compete in ArtFields for the 2019 event (April 26 – May 4). Ron Adolph, Erika Busse, Lisa Hager and Rand Kramer are among nearly 400 artists who will be featured this year, when the entire town of Lake City, S.C., turns into a gallery. Nearly every square inch of the town will display artwork – from railcars turned restaurants, to barber shops, the library, mattress shops – you name it.
This year, there is more prize money at stake than ever before (over $140,000 up for grabs; including a new $1,000 State Award).
