MG Road’s Libation Migration hosts South Carolina bartenders

PIT BOSS: AJ Pitner, night cook and tender of the pits at Buxton Hall Barbecue, is the guest chef at tonight's South Carolina-themed Libation Migration event at MG Road.

Tonight, MG Road welcomes whiskey slingers Kat Hunter and Kristian Niemi from Bourbon in Columbia, S.C., for the second installment of Libation Migration, a weekly event at MG Road in association with Bulleit Bourbon.

In addition to these fine visiting barkeeps, MG Road is also very pleased to welcome AJ Pitner, night cook and tender of the pits at Buxton Hall Barbecue. He will be serving up some fine vittles from Buxton Hall Barbecue that touch on Buxton’s and Bourbon Bar’s South Carolina heritage including:

– Barbecue pork tenderloin sliders

– South Carolina hash and rice

– Pimento and redeye gravy biscuits

– Huguenot torte (dessert)
