Modern Quilt Guild of Asheville displays at Handmade in America, through Aug. 24

The Modern Quilt Guild of Asheville displays the work of its members at Handmade in America. A selection of modern quilts and quilted textiles is on exhibit through Monday, Aug. 24.

A special exhibit of the Modern Quilt Guild of Asheville (MQGA) is on display May 23rd through August 24, 2015, at Handmade in America, 125 S Lexington Ave #101, Asheville, NC 28801. The exhibition will include a wide selection of modern quilts and quilted textiles made by members of MQGA.

The gallery is typically open Monday-Friday 10-4.

The Modern Quilt Guild of Asheville is a group of Asheville area residents who are interested in the modern quilting movement. As of July 2013, the group is affiliated with the national Modern Quilt Guild, and is open to all quilters interested in a modern aesthetic or learning more about modern quilting styles.
