Poole’s Diner Cookbook Dinner with Ashley Christensen and Elliott Moss

The dinner will feature elements from the Poole’s Diner cookbook as well as Elliott’s cookbook, The Book of Smoke. We are really excited to work with Ashley, a very accomplished chef with many accolades under her belt, including the James Beard Award for Best Chef Southeast 2014.

WHAT:

Buxton Hall Barbecue is hosting a coursed dinner with Ashley Christenson of Poole’s Diner, Death & Taxes, and many more fantastic restaurants in Raleigh, NC. The dinner will feature elements from the Poole’s Diner cookbook as well as Elliott’s cookbook, The Book of Smoke. We are really excited to work with Ashley, a very accomplished chef with many accolades under her belt, including the James Beard Award for Best Chef Southeast 2014.

We will begin with a cocktail hour at six pm, with dishes from the Poole’s cookbook, and hors d’oeuvre’s on the community table. Dinner will begin at seven pm. Ticket price includes a signed copy of the Poole’s Diner cookbook. Hang around after for late night bar snacks, more drinks from the Poole’s cookbook, and conversation with Ashley and Elliott.
