“Relieve Holiday Stress” drop-in yoga class, Dec. 11

From a press release:

“Relieve Holiday Stress” drop-in yoga class, Dec. 11

One Center Yoga will host a 90 minute yoga class entitled “Relieve Holiday Stress/Level I” with Nicole Lindsay Majer on Thursday December 11, 2014 from 5:30-7pm.

The class will also be offered on Thursday December 18, 2014 from 5:30-7pm.

With the holidays around the corner, our to-do lists double, while our breath shortens and our shoulders creep up towards our ears. Stress any time of year does a number on our body, mind, and spirit. Nurture yourself and stay healthy with these two special Thursday night classes. These are Level I classes.

Lindsay will guide you through a combination of shoulder openers, forward folds, hip openers, gentle inversions, restorative poses…all with lots of breathing!

The poses offered will:

• release tension
• balance your nervous system
• calm your mind

Your body and soul will thank you—and your friends and family will, too!

Cost: Drop-in for $16, or regular students can use their class series.

You may register online on our website www.onecenteryoga.com or call us at 828-225-1904.

One Center Yoga is located at 120 Coxe Avenue, Suite 3B, in downtown Asheville.
