As many people in Asheville routinely drive 10-25mph OVER the the limit and with NO traffic enforcement, I would suspect you would see many these idiots driving 90-100mph on I26/40/240. Most of them are incapable of keeping their vehicles on the road now. Should keep the funeral homes busy.
