PRESS RELEASE from The Junction
Belles of Burgundy Wine Dinner
Asheville, NC, August 26, 2014 — The Junction Restaurant and Bar in Asheville’s River Arts District presents an exquisite wine dinner with French wine importer, Steve Pignatiello of P.Comm’s wines on Wednesday, October 1st at 7 p.m.
Featuring small batch, small production wines from entirely female winemakers in the Burgundy region, this five course dinner represents a one of a kind opportunity to taste, learn about and purchase some incredible, but hard to find wines.
Chef Chad Kelly & Sous Chef David Van Tassel will create a one of a kind menu developed specifically to complement and enhance the individual wines. Each courses designed around the wine that has been chosen. That’s right, the menu is tailored to the wines, not the other way around. The chefs prefer this method because although it’s more intensive on the planning and preparation side, the result is an impeccably matched dinner that is truly unforgettable.
Seating is limited to 40. Reservations are required. First course will be plated at 7 p.m. $85/person (not including tax or gratuity). Call 828-225-3497 or visit www.thejunctionasheville.com for more information or to make reservations.
