Press release
From WNC School of Massage:
Hope DeVall Morgan, Executive Director of The Western North Carolina School of Massage (WNCSOM), is proud to announce an upscale massage therapy education program located in beautiful downtown Asheville, North Carolina. The WNCSOM provides the highest quality education in a professional and spacious location in one of the few cities in America known to be on the leading edge in supporting and promoting holistic wellness therapies.
Hope is a successful massage therapist, blogger and resident authority in evidence-based and holistic therapy, as well as a highly respected, successful business and thought leader. John Morgan, Program Director WNCSOM, brings over 18 years of experience in massage and massage instruction and is a walking encyclopedia of anatomy and neuromuscular knowledge. John is known a subject matter expert and authority in the field of massage, and a nationally recognized author of massage therapy curriculum and regulatory bodies of work related to massage therapy education.
The WNCSOM believes it is an honor to touch another human being and that touch is essential for human health and well-being, rather than simply serving as a luxury in times of stress or crisis. In this spirit, we train individuals to bring conscious and expert touch to the world, through the highest quality and most innovative bodywork education available. We have created a sanctuary for the growth of self-knowledge, presence and compassion in the beautiful mountain community of Asheville, North Carolina, one of the best places on earth to undertake holistic or wellness training. Class size is small, facilitating individual attention and close group connection. Students leave with deep comprehension and application of neuromuscular anatomy and physiology. Our program results in personal growth, increased self-awareness, active learning, and an ability to take personal responsibility for business and career endeavors.
The Western North Carolina School of Massage is actively recruiting students for its 600 hour massage therapy diploma program beginning May 12, 2014 as well as accepting registrations for our August 11 fall program. Full and part-time programs are available, along with in-house finance options.
Massage Therapy is a rewarding career path for those in transition as well as those entering the work force or embarking on a new career direction. Former students and continuing education participants have left glowing reviews, available on our website. Call or visit our website today to register, schedule a facility tour, or request a consultation or catalog. Classes begin May 12.
