“Writers at Home” series continues with readings by Great Smokies Writing Program Advanced Prose Class, April 17

Authors participating in the advanced prose class of UNC Asheville’s Great Smokies Writing Program will read their work in the next installment of the Writers at Home series. The reading begins at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 17, at Malaprop’s Bookstore/Café, 55 Haywood St., downtown Asheville, and is free and open to the public.

Jennifer Clemons, April Cope, Stan Dankoski, Ron English, Jay Fields, Tina Ford-Cox, Sallie Lee, Janet Moore, Willetta Thomson, will present their recent works in advanced prose, created under the guidance of Vicki Lane, award-winning author of the Elizabeth Goodweather mystery series, and instructor in UNC Asheville’s Great Smokies Writing Program.
