Burgermeister’s Kitchen and Tap in West Asheville is celebrating its third anniversary with the introduction of Daily Dinners, which will debut Thursday, July 27. Many of these entrees were previously available only as periodic specials, but since they were repeatedly requested by customers, Chef Tom Gaddy decided to offer them on a regular schedule. “I like to give our customers more food choices,” he says. “Now they’ll know when to come.” Fridays, for example, will feature tilapia tacos with a roasted-tomatillo salsa and jicama slaw. Saturdays, there’s a rich lamb or eggplant ragout over potato gnocchi served with a green salad. The entrees are priced between $9 and $15 and are available after 5 p.m. every day but Tuesday.
