Acoustic Asheville: Driftwood Soldier and Matt Heckler

Driftwood Soldier is a gutter folk duo from Philadelphia. The band brought its mandolin-bass sound to Asheville for a recent show. They were joined by one-time Asheville resident Matt Heckler for a set at Jack of the Wood.

Before departing for the next date on their tour, both Driftwood Soldier and Heckler gave an exclusive performance for Acoustic Asheville shot at the Hazel Robinson Amphitheatre at Montford Park.
