We are a service and support organization for Western North Carolina vineyards, orchards, wine and cider makers and their products. Our mission is to develop the wine and cider industries of the region through the organization of wine, cider, vineyard and orchard-related activities, performing wine evaluation at commercial and non-commercial wine events, and training others in the art of wine evaluation.
