Everyone’s a critic: WNC Chefs Competitions heat up
Tuesday, June 23, saw the battle of the Brians as Tupelo Honey and Cucina 24 went head to head at the WNC Magazine Chefs Challenge. The secret ingredient? Carrot. In this video, Xpress food writer Mackensy Lunsford, WNC Magazine Editor Eric Seeger and Blue Water Seafood’s Cody Stokes alternately bitch, savor and puzzle their way through the six courses.
