UPDATE: The Washington Post is now reporting that President Obama is planning to kick-off a three-day bus tour of North Carolina and Virginia in Asheville, on Monday, Oct. 17, to tout his jobs plan. Stay tuned for more information on the time and venue.

In the wake of an Oct. 5 article in the Washington Post reporting that President Barack Obama is planning a bus tour of North Carolina and Virginia, Drew Reisinger and others are speculating that the tour will include a stop in Asheville.
From today's Asheville Citizen-Times report online:President Barack Obama will start a three-day bus tour of North Carolina and Virginia here Monday, according to Buncombe County Register of Deeds Drew Reisinger.
