Let Us Help You with Your New Year’s Resolutions!
Three Offerings this January

Stop Smoking Acupuncture Sessions for $35

This January stop smoking acupuncture treatments will be just $35 each, regularly $65. These combine a regular acupuncture treatment with a set of 5 points on the ear that were developed by the National Association of Detoxification Acupuncture. Treatments are done about every two days and typically just two to five are needed. They help with cravings, stimulate your organs of detoxification, reduce irritability, help the lungs heal, and address triggers like stress and anxiety. Our success rate is about 80%!

East Meets West Holistic Weight Loss Program, a $600 value for $450

Starting in January we will be offering a weight loss package with staff practitioners Nancy Hyton and Ashley Pool that combines the ancient wisdom of Chinese Medicine with the modern approach of Holistic Health Coaching. You may alternate your appointments or see both practitioners on the same day, back-to-back. The package includes four acupuncture treatments with staff practitioner Nancy Hyton, weight loss ear seeds to suppress appetite, a month’s supply of Chinese herbal pills selected for your specific presentation and constitution, and a month’s supply of Bojenmi (Slim and Beautiful) Tea. this tea is a Chinese herbal formula that enhances digestion, helps with the removal of accumulated fluids and phlegm, increases the removal of stored fat, and provides better elimination of the body’s waste products.

The package also includes 4 sessions with staff practitioner Ashley Pool and a month’s worth of menu planning. Your first session with Ashley will be a consultation and review of your current dietary and lifestyle habits and an introduction to the menu, the second will focus on providing you with a simple exercise routine to get your metabolism going, the third is for re-evaluation and strategizing around roadblocks, and the fourth will focus on the importance of mindfullness and self-care. Ashely’s approach is not denial or food restrictions but education and bio-individual plans that address your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and background. This results in more permanent change that is sustainable and doesn’t have all the side effects of fad dieting.

This detox program will be hosted by staff practitioner Ashely Pool who has a BS in Health from UNCA, graduate studies at Integrated Nutrition, and is certified as a Holistic Health Coach. This is a detox, not a fast, and a full menu will be provided! Learn why it is important to detox, how to successfully do a detox, what to expect during the process, and what to eat and not eat, and how to properly transition in and out of the detox.

A full menu will be provided for all of your meals with optional variations for customization. The menu will be based on warming, seasonally available foods, especially simple soups and stews. Additionally, Ashley will be available for email and phone support during the entire detoxification process if you have any questions.
