While Desha has spent many years engaged in helping people find their Sweet Spot, the seeds of inspiration for Desha’s book and growing empire began in her early years while growing up in Arkansas: “In many ways this book was inspired by the drives my mother and I took in the historic district of Hillcrest in Little Rock. I fell in love with those tree-lined streets, each home unique  filled with artists, writers and people who value community & beauty.  I dreamed of living there and creating my own “Sweet Spot” and eventually I did.”
