Dancing Bear Toys hosts Robotics Play Day, Aug. 20

PRESS RELEASE FROM DANCING BEAR TOYS:

Kids will program and play with different robots and build robotic bugs on Saturday, August 20.

Dancing Bear Toys will unveil a 4 foot tall programmable robot from Meccano Maker System called Meccanoid G15 KS. It is an advanced robot with voice recognition technology, and LIM (Learned Intelligent Movement) that enables kids to pre-program moves and sounds and play them back later.

Kids will also have a chance to play with a Recon Rover by SmartLab. At the end of the play day the first 50 kids will get a SmartLab Robo Bug building kit to take home ($14.99 value).

Robotics Day will be from 3-4pm at the Asheville location only – 518 Kenilworth Road. As always, this play day is free to attend and open to the public.

Dancing Bear Toys is a family-owned specialty toy store with locations in Asheville and Hendersonville.
